All of the activities of QualityEnglish revolve around the students and providing them with the best quality English training possible. To achieve this goal, teachers, wanting to work with the Quality English team have to pass a rigorous and intensive recruitment process.

QualityEnglish does not normally employ foreign teachers less than 25 years of age. Our requirement standards are strenuous and very few “young” foreign teachers can achieve our employment conditions. We demand maturity and experience from all of our teachers: they must be professional career teachers looking to make China their home for many years and not, as is often the case, would- be teachers in China here for one or two working holidays. Many of our native speaking teachers are married to Chinese and look upon China as home.

The criteria for selection to work in this prestigious school apply to both the foreign [native speaking] and Chinese bi-lingual teachers alike. In our beginner and low level English classes we utilize a team teaching approach with both Chinese English and native speaking teachers. This system gives new students the confidence they need to further their English ability.
